Hi blackwings76,
That depends entirely on the label of the isoflavones:
- is it 100 % isoflavones?
- is it 10:1? 4:1? 100:1?
- is it a solid or a liquid extract?
- what is the recommended dose?
- is it soy isoflavones?
In my program thread, I referenced one publication that compares soy with hops and flax, and another that compares hops and PM. The differences are not big. People are using too much soy. Start at 0.05 mg, if you have 100 % pure isoflavones.
