I have a similar one (not rechargeable) since last year.

on the body you get used in a while (if you use it quite often the hair get thinner, grow slowlier and by the time they grow less), on the pubic area is some more painful, but you can bear it, but I definitely suggest you don't want to use it on your face (never tried and won't)
