What you're describing is exactly what happened for me a month or so after starting PM.
The itchy nipples is a much better feeling than you'd think it would be by the sound of it. Makes me laugh out loud sometimes, like being tickled by an invisible force lmao
There's definitely a reason PM comes so highly recommended on this forum. Some of your other experiments probably helped too.
