Hello All! well it has been a little over 2 months since i started my NBE journey.started in late january with FG,hops.switched to PM in febuary,started on one bottle of solgar before switching to ainetirol which i have been using for the last 4 weeks along with SP.my diet is balanced.i have zero caffine intake,i didn't take in vaccine even before starting NBE.so far i have zero changes to report,Nothing visible.my mood is a lot better on the PM.which i love! but as far as visible changes.there are none.I know it takes time and patience.but i thought i would see something by now. OH well I will keep on trucking along.i have anothet bottle of ainterol i will be starting soon.hopefullyI will see results with it. Diva Chick 32...
