Although it is true that PM doesn't work for everyone, I think the real problem is using just the spray and cream. You need to take the capsules and get it into your digestive system... the liver converts the phyto-hormone content of the PM to a much more potent hormone form which probably will work. Its also much easier to control the dose by taking fixed content capsules, than guessing how much spray and cream you use each time, plus the caps are cheaper!
