Just wanted to clarify that i do take the capsules.I have the R1 500mg bottles.I do not use cream or spray.I am going to try and ramp up this week to see if i can even feel anything.this will be my fifth week. wish me luck

I'm not using the cream or spray either. I'm also hoping to see if I can feel something to know the PM is working in the next few weeks or so.
