I noticed what you are talking about with the nipples. At first I had thought it was my imagination but once I felt the cone-like shape in both my nipples I realized some growth was happening. I only used PM for a month and half though and after awhile my nipples returned to normal :/. So, you most likely haven't crossed into permanent growth territory yet.
