Found a great looking serum to drink for phytoestrogens.
#3

The phytoestrogens in that serum are pretty weak. Even allowing for being concentrated in a "tonic" I question the efficacy and cost effectiveness compared to PM. A bottle contains 1 fl oz and costs $12.50. A bottle of 500 mg PM caps is only $15. As a comparison, one would take 1/25 th of an ounce a day of the tonic to make it last as long as the PM caps at 2000 mg/D, but how do dosages and phytoestrogen strengths compare? And, not all the ingredients are phytoestrogens (SP certainly is not.) It would be helpful to have an analysis of the tonic.

I can't imagine what effect soaking your nipples with spearmint or peppermint would have, as they are supposed to be anti-androgens, but go for it, I doubt it's harmful.
