I don't know the answer to your question, having never taken that mix and not being you. This isn't an exact science. Some people have said they find they want a T->DHT blocker, some don't. I'm one that didn't need it. The usual rule is to try a combo like you are doing for a few months, and if you like the results keep going. If you don't, then investigate changes. Have you been doing that combo for a few months? If so, are you unhappy with the results? When you have tried something for some months and can say how effective it was or wasn't, please don't forget to post your observations so the rest of the group can benefit from your experience.
