That is the same brand that i use.I normally take around 3-4 a day.I wonder if it could be that you have high androgen levels. I myself have never had much body-facial hair throughout my Life. I also use the Bigelow mint melody spearmint tea.you get it at wal-mart to.what body hair I do have on my arms grows Alot slower when i drink the tea daily. but I cannot really answer your question considering spring valley is all i have ever used. maybe you should try the 160mg extract version from spring valley.it is supposed to be stronger than the whole herb.
