I agree that my information is likely dated - and I do err on the side of caution.

I think you will agree (did agree?) that the risks I referred to are still very real without a wide depth of knowledge and advice, despite the improvements amongst the more knowledgable medical practitioners.

Those changes in attitude are surprisingly welcome - I just hope they are widespread.
