Starting fresh, freshly confused
#2

Hello Alo.

I'm not familiar with D-Aspartic-Acid, much less whether it's a good supplement with pm. With me I take calcium supplements and PABA with pm.

Seeing as how I've used progesterone cream on both my wrists and lower back, I might be able to clarify your confusion on this matter. The reason why I don't apply it to my breasts is I use it as a balancing agent for the pm I take. It doesn't directly encourage breast growth, rather it helps with balancing the estrogen levels needed to growth breasts.

I previously applied the progesterone cream to my wrists for rapid absorption. As Isabelle mentioned in one of my threads, you'll want to apply the progesterone cream in a place where you have a thin level of skin to increase the amount of progesterone your body absorbs. I apply it now to my lower back because I was experiencing discomfort there back when I was taking 3,000 mg of pm. If I remember correctly, Isabelle suggested applying it wherever I was experiencing symptoms.

I think the reason why some people suggest using progesterone only after a year or two of estrogen-growth is because of what I say earlier about progesterone being a counterbalancing agent. If you experience estrogen dominant symptoms, adding progesterone cream may be useful. If you continue to get breast growth and have no estrogen dominant symptoms, you may not need to add progesterone into your NBE regime.

If it helps any, keep in mind self-experimentation is a big aspect of NBE. Yes, there are more standardized breast growth products online but they tend to be quite expensive and there's no guarantee they'll work for you. Besides economic savings, I think the big advantage with a do-it-yourself NBE regime is it's easy to fine-tune and tinker around with it if your breast growth is stalling.

I think typically people making changes when their breast growth has stalled or have experienced side-effects. So long as you're happy with the progress you're getting with pm and are not experiencing any side-effects, I don't think there's any need to change your regime.
