Just wondering if any of you gals had any knowledge about this.
I just started taking breast growth supplements (saw palmetto, fenugreek, and a black cohosh pill that contains chasteberry and dong quai as well), It has only been two days. I take one pill of each in the morning and one at night.
I seem to have noticed a tiny effect in my chest, but who knows, I could be imagining it.
More concerning is that I have developed a slightly irritated pubic area, just above my penis. It is slightly red, and a little sensitive to the touch.
Just wanted to know if anyone had any bright ideas about this. I have taken saw palmetto somewhat regularly before, so I seriously doubt any reaction to that. The rest of me seems pretty normal.
