Around 1 inch below my left nipple is a reddish mark on my breast. It is slightly tender. I had one form on the right side of my right breast once and it when away, but the skin is still slightly tinted.
The first one I got happened around the time I was using a breast pump.
I noticed this one in the shower today. Just in the last 3 days I started to take Red Clover, massage fenugreek oil in, and have been massaging my breasts a lot.
Can you irritate the ducts, glands, etc and get these marks?
