JMT please specify what brand and product you mean. For example, Ainterol R1 has a recommended dose for a female of 1 500mg pill taken twice a day, and they specifically say not to take them at the same time. I do not know what dosing recommendations other manufacturers may have. I'm sure the same kind of variation exists for each herb, FG, RC, etc.

I was replying to jesse191's last post regarding fenugreek (which is why I said "FG"). I still have some 610mg and the dosage recommendation is 4-6 pills per day. Before I started PM I took 6/day which gave some growing pains but wasn't strong enough to trigger budding.
