PM should leave no evidence like self medding on hormones, I had a lower blood serum testosterone after a couple of months on PM before I started HRT. But it was hardly in the female range or anything that a real anti-androgen could do.. so I don't think anyone will be suspicious.
I don't see how they would stop you if you have a psych letter of approval anyway..
Also I honestly believe that the fat redistribution effects of PM depends on the individual, some people just have too high T to ever get that effect I think and PM is at best a mild anti-androgen.
And others have naturally feminine features because they've probably always had low T (and in 2 cases that mentioned fat redistribution I believe this was the case) or been androgen insenisitive partly.
