• Lack of interest in porn and masturbation
  
• Crossdressing for comfort and preference than arousal
  
• Being more sociable and patient
  
• Feeling less self-conscious about living outside the societal bounds of gender identity/expression
  
• Being more interested in achieving an androgynous appearance
  
• Being easier on myself (both on a physical and mental level)
  

As for providing more description, is there any particular part you're interested in? I could elaborate on all these points, but I can focus on a select few if you want me to.

For others, brain rewiring can be:

• Loss of desire to transition
  
• Becoming more emotional
  
• Feeling less aggressive
  
• Eliminates or significantly reduces gender dysphoria
