Regarding mental effects, it has been my observation that people who report mental or emotional changes quite often realize them first when they stop taking PM. Not always, just often.

I'm a little over 4 months on PM now and the soreness is still present along with modest growth. But the emotional changes along the lines described by many others here have firmly become a way of life. For me, that's not unpleasing by any means. In fact it's amazing to me that I value the emotional change at least as much now as the modest breast growth. Quite frankly I'm quite fearful of reducing or eliminating PM from my life in any way since it has promoted in me a feeling of calm that's quite pleasant.
I'm currently at: 2x500 PM + 1x490 SP + 1x500 Calcium AM± plus 1x500 PM mid-day
