Try pygeum.
Saw palmetto is a 5-alpha-reductase blocker. So is pygeum. Spearmint and nettle root are receptor blockers.
Neither spearmint nor nettle root are likely to reverse or even halt male pattern hair loss... only a 5-alpha-reductase blocker has that potential.
