sfem brings up a good point about sterility. I don't know nor have I seen documented information that suggests NBE can cause sterility or even reduce potency. However, even without indisputable documentation, it's still prudent to consider very carefully what impact it MIGHT have if there's a possibility of children in ones future. Reduced testosterone, changes in semen, testicular atrophy... all have something to do with your reproductive abilities so it would be naive to think changes in your potency are impossible. All I'm saying is just be careful. I highly doubt having breasts someday will be more desirable than a child.
And something all too often missed is the potential for DAMAGE to your sperm. Your sperm count and virility might not change, but you could potentially do harm to your offspring.
Honestly, IMO, if you're gunna be sexually active without protection and trying to make babies, do it without NBE. You can go back on after your wife is pregnant.
