As Mandy has mentioned, I think sticking with just pm would be a good idea for now. Generally speaking, the fewer NBE herbs you take, the better. Not only will it save you money, you don't have to worry about various phytoestrogens trying to compete for the limited number of estrogen receptors in your body. It'll also be easier to figure out what herbs incur unpleasant side-effects (if any).
Despite your excitement to start seeing results, it's going to take time for your body to develop breast tissue, regardless of the number or dosage of NBE herbs you take. You may not need to take SP with PM. I don't and I'm making good progress.
