If you don't want or at least aren't receptive to the possibility of developing breasts and such, I would advise against taking pm or any other NBE herb. Trying to pick and choose what you want probably won't work I suspect. Most likely either you'll be taking a dose that is too low and ineffective, or you'll be taking a dose that is adequate to initiate breast development. In the very least you'll be spending money with nothing to show for it, at worst you'll be experiencing physical changes you're not ready for.
I think sfem's suggestion to talk to a gender therapist is a good one. This way you may be able to alleviate your gender dysphoria without any chance of feminizing your body.
As far as I know, brain rewiring is only possible by changing your hormonal balance.
The possibility of pm reducing hair is a bit iffy I think. Some people reportable a noticeable reduction while others don't. If you want a more proven method, I suggest looking into laser or electrolysis.
It really depends on the individual as to when pm has a noticeable effect on sexual functioning. If being able to sexually perform is important to you, I think the best choice would be to not take pm. I think trying to grow breasts and keep your functionality are incompatible goals. Some members go cold turkey with pm every once in a while or take Bueta Superba to maintain functionality. However, it's no guarantee you won't lose functionality.
