I'm sorry Monika but you're wrong!
Especially about the "only way is bad fat".
You CAN help encourage the natural process of putting on subcutaneous fat, which would happen anyways. It's impossible for a healthy person without either serious eating disorders to the point they're already basically dead anyways or certain skin diseases to NOT have subcutaneous fat. It is possible to keep yourself completely free from deep tissue fat. Though they are finding that NO deep tissue fat is actually not good either. You've got to be a crazy person to keep free of it anyways.
NO ONE should be carb loading unless they are going to be immediately using ALL that energy. (Serious athletes just before a big event are basically it.)
Did you know that by simply being in the sun your body depletes its subcutaneous fat stores in the processes that produce natural vitamin D? So either supplementing vitamin D so your body shuts off production in response to the sun or avoiding excessive sun exposure == more subcutaneous fat.
Also as mentioned, healthy fats like fish fats and evoo help through various means...
Carb loading for fat gain is a recipe for VERY bad health VERY fast. And I guarantee you'll be gaining it where you don't want it.
