Actually I think that claim about BO aromatising T to E is bogus. There's absolutely no theoretical basis for it in any kind of scientific examination.
Whatever BO actually does, at least in my body I actually wound up with a rise in my T levels from my trial of Swanson's BO...
When I tried it I believe I was taking twelve capsules a day of Swanson's BO. And I would suggest starting there. Their capsules actually contains less BO than either BB or UB.
