I envy most girls I see, too! I know I want to be a girl, and I'm pretty sure I'd love it, but I'm not one who feels the dick HAS to come off or I'll got bonkers. Part of the hold up for me is that I want to have kids first.
I've known since I was at least 5 or 8, but my earliest memory is trying on mom's lipstick at the age of two!!
First thing you should do is take a picture of yourself the way you are now. You don't have to post it here if you don't want to, but it'd be a helpful inspiration to you in a few months or so when the girls start to sprout a little. "Hey!! Look at how much progress I've made in just (post time span here)!!"
