As for your orders, I have done a little reading and believe that you should not take BO and PM at the same time. There was some advice regarding this on the 'musthavebust' site.
Both are strong, go with one of them and see how that works out for you. If no or little reaction, move on to the other. But don't rush things, no changes are instant.
