1. It depends on what you use to do it. Premarin, absolutely! PM, I've heard that will do it, too. Using methods where you don't have to take anything would be best: Brava, massage, Noogleberry are just a few.

4. Yes, as far as I know. There are a number of them for sale on eBay in the form of a tape or CD that you listen to a few times every day. Whether they work or not, I don't know.
