The site that FAQ is on has a number of articles on it of relevance, including dosing and abbreviations info. Just go to the actual site address, instead of the specific page. Like in my signature.

I used some SP as an AA way back when I was starting out. I dropped it as doing nothing of benefit to me. I have never looked back and almost all of my progress happened after stopping the AA. I don't think you need it to grow breasts generally speaking.
