K so week 1 of my journey 10/29/13.

Pain:

Pain isn't bad actually exciting cause I know something is starting to work

Meds: 

PM 2500mg daily
SP 5400mg daily which I am just starting today

Mood:

Kinda had some sudden moments of irritability

Apperance:

Nothing really maybe some puffyness around my nipple area

Skin: 

Nipples and areola have became softer no tenderness/ sensitivity yet

Measurement: 

Finally got around to it lol sry guys

Areola's 3 cm

42" under
44.5" across
Will hope my next progression post will be more exciting....
