Here is a quick look at my situation.
About 7 yrs ago, I started having problems with BPH ( enlargement of prostate). My Doctor, put me on a med, that really didn't do much for my prostate, but caused me to get small breast buds...
Shortly after this, I had a major heart attack, Quad bypass to be exact. As everyone can guess, I had to go on about 5 different pills.
After starting these new heart meds, I developed full blown gynecomastia. The ONLY cure that I am aware of is total breast tissue removal. Well, one surgery is MORE than enough for me.
After some thinking, I decided" What the heck, just go with the flow." But soon afterwards, I realized that since I like to cross dress..( wife knows about it, but is in denial. ), it would be great not to have to use "falsies". I have been encouraging their growth now for the last 18 months. ( I am now a 38B and wife accepts and approves of me wearing bra's )
My Son and Daughter both know I have Gynecomastia, but not to the extent I have encouraged it.
God gave me the body I have, as well as my outlook on things, so I just accept everyone as long as they do not disparage me.
Hope this kind of answer's some of your thoughts.
