I've been on 8 pills of Swanson's BO a day for a couple of months as well. Haven't noticed much of anything from it yet though. I guess time will tell on that.

Don't get erections anymore, but I think that's more of a long term effect of various forms of estrogens and antiandrogens than of BO lol... Can still get off with some effort but the product is a very minute amount and clear. I think I killed my "swimmers" finally.

Out of curiosity, do you use BO with or without pm?

I can relate to the lack of erections and the likelihood of killing off my "swimmers."
