Actually, that is exactly the opposite of the actual bodily process

PM NEEDS to be processed by the liver, to convert the Miroestrol to its more potent form Deoxymiroestrol, in the body. This happens naturally and directly as part of the digestion process, so ingesting it is by far the best way of taking it. Applying it topically relies on absorption through the skin, then it being picked up into the bloodstream to transfer to the liver.

The calcium thing I'm not too sure about, for some reason it is supposed to assist absorption in the stomach.
