I wanted to add this thread for a while, so here it goes!
First, It may be my vanity about aging but I have this recurring thought, what if one day I wake up and look like Bruce Jenner
, perhaps that's what freaks me out about discussing my age
Diet-I'm trying Hops tea, yuck!!!....it's supposed to have additional benefits in digestive health along with mood, sleep and also having anti-androgen properties.
Heatlh-currently battling colitis, tmi ??, no seeds, (popcorn huh?) nuts and basically the crap I like!!, However I've yet to find a diet plan for it??
Face-what works for us keeping our face looking tight? New territory for me?.
Hair-something has changed with the texture, becoming stiff, like it wants to battle with me, argh!!. I was so used to throwing some gel on it, run a comb a couple times and done!
Anyways I've noticed a few rashes pop up from time to time, so not sure what from though, definitely don't apply hydrocortisone, it made it multiply!

Ps. You'll have to excuse me, I'm still having issues with my eye. Pre op pain and general thinking I've worded everything correctly, commas, apostrophes and punctuation are a different story, lol.
