I'll be 50 in a couple of months, but age doesn't really bother me. It just means I'm getting closer to the end of my life, and isn't that really the goal? As men age and their T levels naturally drop, we do tend to look more feminine, though Bruce Jenner is the victim of bad plastic surgery. Have you noticed how some couples, after a very long marriage, begin to resemble each other? As her E levels drop, the woman becomes more "masculine" and they meet somewhere in the middle.
If your hair is beginning to lose pigment and turning grey or white, that might explain the stiffness. My few grey hairs get unruly beyond a certain length.
I haven't noticed any rashes, but apparently some people do get rashes from PM. I have problems with itchy skin from time to time, but it could be dry skin or the result of any of a number of medical problems like low thyroid that is being under-medicated and my doctor won't listen or elevated blood glucose because I can no longer tolerate the GI effects of metformin and stopped the medicaation 6 months ago.
I admire you for even trying hops tea. I take hops in capsule form, and every time I open the bottle and get that first whiff, it smells as if someone vomited.
