Hi everyone,
I've taken BO in the past, but not for long, had to quit right as I was starting to see results. Now I'm able to grow as I wish. No long stories here.
So I'm on PM now, which all of you seem to enjoy. I have been on it as well as SP, MT, and Fenugreek for 3 weeks now.
Is it time for a "break" for a week now, or keep on taking my regimen?
Any advice is greatly appreciated!
