Yes, they can point forward. Unfortunately, due to physical differences between male and female, ours will usually point more outward than the average female. However, there are many many females with breasts that point sidewards as well. I don't mind sidewards, but I am happy when they are at least horizontal.

PattiJT: Thank you for the clarification.... I was just wondering if we can massage and get the sides (below the armpits at the breast level) ours too can somehow grow and point forwards. Am not sure, just wondering.

Is that picture that of yours? If yes, you seem to have done a lot of work getting them to this stage? Love to have something like those but let me get to a AA size :-)
