Nice breasts, Karren, and very interesting suction devices. You obviously have mechanical design abilities and handi-(wo)man skills. 
I am particularly interested on your use of scarring to increase the size of your areolas. Can you describe the method further? How much increase in diameter were you able to achieve that way?
I like areolas the size of an American 50 cent coin. My wife's are about that size and she wishes they were smaller, so I don't think she'd like mine to be that large. Probably no danger of that happening anyway.
