Samantha, it's so good that you are still posting here after 4 years on your NBE program. The long term consequences of taking PM is of much interest to me and, I'm sure, to others that follow this forum. Thanks!
I'm even older than you (67), but in good health, not overweight, and still actively enjoying life. I, too, have no concerns about losing fertility. Sexual function is something I'm still trying to hold onto though. Why I'm not sure; sexual intercourse is even less important in my marriage now than when I was younger. It may just be the male half of me wanting to hang on to something of my old self. Plus, I think an erect penis is a beautiful thing (as does my wife).
From what you've written, I should expect to lose the ability to have erections if I stay on a PM regimen for whatever reason. I'd like to avoid that, so I am trying to find an NBE regimen that will preserve the physical and mental benefits I'm getting from PM while, at the same time, keep some male function. So far, I've been able to do that on a dosage of 1-1.5 grams of PM daily and taking 7-day breaks once a month. I'm still getting breast growth at that dosage (based on breast soreness).
My question is: Has anyone been able to accomplish this tight-wire act? Am I asking for the impossible? Will I eventually have to give up on my goal and resort to taking one path or the other? Maybe another way to ask the question is: How do very feminine looking 'shemales' like Mandy Mitchell maintain male function so well? Granted, she doesn't have large breasts (no implants), but I would die to look like her.
