If I had one thing I could change in this little NBA adventure of mine, it would be that I would have kept an exact log, with exact dosage, when taken, results etc. then my experience might have been of greater benefit to others. Sigh... 20/20 hindsight, as always.

So that's what I'm doing. It's already been useful to me, especially in keeping track of my mental state along the way which seems to be all over the place now compared to before PM. Unfortunately, it will be years before it will be of any help to the OP.

I do plan to experiment with different approaches. I have some Butea Superba which works, but seems to counteract the PM, degrading my mental serenity. I'm going to try taking it daily during at my PM break, to see what happens. My wife doesn't much care for "break week". I get rather cranky, or so she claims.

I ordered a supply of Spearmint. I want to see the effect of lowering my free T level a little. I was tested for testosterone several years ago and found to be on the high end of normal.

I'm thinking that if I continue to verify male function monthly at the breaks, I could go several years on PM (but with smaller breasts as a trade-off). That approach might also work for younger members, like you, Alex, who want to maintain fertility and still play with PM.
