Well lucky for me I had me fertility "removed" 10 years ago via vasectomy after my wife found out she was pregnant with our third child. As for erections I don't get to have any unless the little guy is released from it's prison, but I too would probably like to still be able to attain them when needed.
If you are concerned about having children down the road I'd certainly get some stored just in case.
And I too always wondered about how all those tranny porn stars remain fully functional. On a few other sites I've read that the little blue pill will still work it's magic and that is how some accomplish it. Anyone here have any experience in this area?
