I was thinking this morning after reading several threads on programs and dosage what the gang thinks about steady dosing every day.
In other words, if I am taking 4 caps of an herb daily, split between 2 doses, if I take 1 cap every 4 hours, that would even out the dose and give a steady flow to those picky estrogen receptors.
It seems to me that if, for instance I take 2 500mg caps twice a day, breaking that into 1 cap 4 Xs per day would minimize too much hitting my system at once and eliminate waste. Thoughts?
Also, BRAs... I remember when my ex took my daughter to buy a 'training bra.' Is that just a Madison Ave. marketing device to make flat chested teen girls feel womanly, or does it help the girls in anyway?
*** I think I answered my own question recalling National Geographic pics of bare topped Africans back in the day. Yep, I was the preteen perv that collected those issues...
Some fairly large breasts on those ladies and I bet they didn't have the luxury of a Maidenform!
