Can't offer any help with bras but many of us using PM have found that spreading out the dosage through the day does help to ward off the headaches that sometimes accompany too much E too quickly.
Boy, I remember the Old National Geographic peep sessions. Fundamental part of growing up in those days. Actually, I am surprised, now that I think about it, that I have not seen some film making use of that little piece of retro. It was such an iconic moment for young boys that it would certainly be a good device to insert into some film dealing with boys coming of age back then. Thanks for the memory!
