T and E are both highest at around 8 am. One idea is to take the entire day's dose first thing in the morning to mimic the normal hormone pattern.
I have also thought it might be better to spread the dose throughout the day, but there is the possibility that constant dosing may not be enough at any given time to override the T in one's system and cause growth, meaning two larger doses might be more effective than 4 smaller doses.
I suppose there is also one other possibility. Since T and E are at their lowest levels at the end of the day, perhaps it would be better to bombard the body with phyto-estrogens at bedtime when sex hormones are at their lowest, meaning there is less competition or overriding being done by the body.
I honestly have no idea what the best course is. I just might try the bedtime dosing once I no longer have to work the graveyard shift.
