Thanks for consolidating the information LA, this will be a fabulous resource that can be continually updated as additional information is gathered and different herbs/methodologies are tested. For those that come behind us, at least they may be spare the hours of researching the site and the web to get basic information. Very sisterly of you! 
Samantha, I tend to agree, and will join you in exploring. After reading up on the whole theory of imitating the female cycle, I used PC for 4-5 days once a month.
Question, LA, this is a great idea and I don't want to f-it up. If for example I research and find information on PC, should I post it in a separate thread and defer to you to add to this if it has merit? My first thought is this will probably not be a heavily traffic'd thread, and you will want to reserve the right to edit it so it doesn't get unwieldy.
