Whether or not to kill off facial hair is just too major a decision point for me just yet..

However, I have been shaving underarms, chest and lower areas for many years now and would happily do away with any regrowth here

I have written this before in other threads, but don't shave, get an epilator. I have used a Braun Silk-épil for about ten years and my breasts, pubes and bellr are now virtually permanently hairless. Obviously you won't get these results overnight but regrowth begins only after 10-14 days and the hair comes back softer and finer.
