So looks like maybe, just maybe my first thoughts were right in regards to this being more of a concern with genetic girls.
Also, only one thread found on the Ainterol forum regarding thyroid interaction.

and really not much mention of interaction specifically on Levothyroxine other than the possibility of increased side effects when taking it with any of the listed items
