Yay! Just saw my doc today and he said all my labs were good and my hormones were looking good. My E is a little lower than he wanted to see usually but said it was still fine. I asked to up the dose because I told him I wasnt feeling as I should be. So he told me that same as cis women or even guys when the hormones are low, we know how we should feel. So he increased me from 4mg daily of sublingual E to 6 mg daily. I'll see how things go from here. Hopefully in a month, I see more physical changes as well as mental benefits from this new regimen. P.s. my scripts were extended for a year. Soooo Im really ??♈✅♻❗❗

Awesome .... How often do you get to see your Doc?? Mine seems to have me ( normally ) on a 6 week schedule, and ups the dose every visit. I would like to get my E high enough to drop spyro.

I'm at the point of not seeing the doc for a year and a blood test at 6 months
