You mentioned matcha making you nauseous. I drink matcha everyday and I need to eat some toast, crackers or almonds while drinking it to stop the nausea.
Green tea also will block iron absorption, and you can get anemia if you drink it constantly. I sometimes take an iron supplement many hours away from green tea or coffee.

Quick Update :
Lots of Areola expansion and breasts are starting to sag less. That is exciting because they used to point outwards but more center looking now. If my pecs were not so large im sure they would be very obvious to onlookers. I feel a lot of mass underneath the nipples. Massages are getting more and more stimulating and erotic at times. Girlfriend has noticed!
Its amazing to see the changes, my body is also really filling out, my issues is not enough protein, but have been hitting the fats really hard. My hopes are for my muscles to be utilized while working out specific muscle groups to get a dynamite figure.
