I know what you mean, I have had a few ask what brand PM I'm taking after my recent gains, but no where near what you must have in your inbox, it's because your a boobie guru on here girl! :-)

Im thinking I really wish I hadn't accidentally put peppermint oil drops in my mouth instead of melatonin drops last night because my throat has gone into toxic shock and im all phlegmy

AA, sorry to hear that you can't sleep. Maybe listen to some meditation music, it helps me sometimes to fall asleep.
