They just hold what you have, not really meant to give you cleavage unless you already have it :-).
I like to wear them during the day under a shirt, and you can sleep in them too.
They only display what you have, and for me that's WONDERFUL.
The sizes are just S,M,L, and that's more for the band size. I'm a 38 band so its the large for me. The cup is just a lined lace, so you can put almost any size breast in there.
